SerJoven began in the heart of Santander with a simple yet powerful vision: to create meaningful connections between young people in our vibrant coastal city. Since our founding in 1998, we’ve grown from a small community initiative into northern Spain’s leading youth engagement organization.

Our journey started when a group of passionate educators and community leaders noticed a gap in youth services across Cantabria. They envisioned a space where young people could not only gather but truly thrive – developing skills, building friendships, and contributing to their community.
